Welcome to episode 130 of The PE Umbrella podcast, the only Primary PE podcast in the world, as we talk ALL things Primary Physical Education!
Joining me Under the Umbrella this week is Elementary PE teacher, and Mr High Definition PE himself, Cliff Roop.
It was delight talking to Cliff in this weeks episode of the show, as we were able to dive into some real actionable advice and takeaways for PE teaching. Best of all, we were able to deep dive into Cliff’s teaching past, and uncover more uncomfortable moments when his teaching career was close to ending. It’s hard not to feel inspired as he shares his journey through these dark times and how he ultimately won his battle, relighting his fire for delivering quality PE along the way.
Of course, scattered around this fascinating discussion we dive right into his top class management tips, his favourite warm-ups of all time and what he considers to be his worst and best lessons ever, sharing what he learned from those experiences.
So what are you waiting for? Come on over and join us Under the PE Umbrella!
During the episode, we mention Elementary PE superstar Justin Cahill an awful lot. His videos and activity ideas are awesome. See exactly why below and don’t forget to check out his YouTube channel!
